Dylan is a solicitor in the Ipswich office of Bouchier Khan Lawyers. Since his admission to the Supreme Court of Queensland as a legal practitioner in 2014, he has practiced exclusively in the area of criminal law.
Before joining Bouchier Khan Lawyers, Dylan worked for the State Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions. Having worked in both sides of criminal law, Dylan excels in navigating his clients through the confronting process of criminal proceedings.
Dylan is extremely passionate about social justice, having volunteered at the Caxton Legal Centre and the Queensland Public Interest Law Clearing House. He takes a particular interest in issues relating to juvenile defendants, police powers and serious offences.
